Tyrvaya^™ (varenicline solution) nasal spray is indicated for the treatment of the signs and symptoms of dry eye disease.

For dry eye disease, activate basal tear film production.

Tyrvaya™ is the first and only nasal spray that is believed to activate the trigeminal parasympathetic pathway via the nose, resulting in increased basal tear film production.¹ The exact mechanism of action is unknown at this time.

• The trigeminal parasympathetic pathway plays a role in tear film homeostasis²
• Basal tear film is produced by 3 structures (lacrimal glands, meibomian glands, and goblet cells) that are innervated by the parasympathetic pathway^2,3
